375 ml Pouyoukas chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry
2 tsp of vanilla extract
165 g natural peanut butter
62.5 ml of honey
1 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt, if peanut butter contains none
125 ml chocolate chips

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
Method
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor.
Add chocolate chips and stir. Mixture should be very thick and sticky.
With wet hands roll into balls and place on parchment paper. Press down very slightly, as they don’t rise much.
