1 cup brown sugar
3 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
400 g Puyoukas Chickpeas prepared according to pack instructions and pureed
1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 cup flour
1 cup Pouyoukas whole rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Choc Chip Chickpea Biscuits
Method
Preheat oven to 180C
Cream together butter and sugar once creamed beat in eggs and vanilla
Add chickpeas and chock chips and stir well to combine
Mix in remaining dry ingredients
Shape into small balls and place on a non stick baking tray that has been sprayed with spray and cook
Flatten ballsĀ with a fork and bake for 20 to 30 minute until crispy and cooked through.
