Tip the bulgar wheat into the pan, pour over the stock and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, then turn down the heat and let the bulgar wheat simmer in the stock for about 15 minutes, until all the stock has been absorbed. Turn off the heat and cover the pot and let sit for another 10 minutes.
