2 cups Pouyoukas whole rolled oats
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup flaked almonds
1 cup fat-free plain yoghurt
2 - Apples grated
1 cup blueberries

Apple, coconut and blueberry bircher muesli
Method
Place oats in a bowl, add apple juice and stir well
Cover and refrigerate over night
Place coconut and flaked almonds in a non -stick pan and dry fry until lightly toasted
Allow to cool and then mix together oats, almond mix, yoghurt , grated apple and blueberries.
