Golden Flax Seed/Linseed

Golden Flax Seed/Linseed

Product Information

The warm, earthy and subtly nutty flavour of flaxseeds combined with an abundance of omega-3 fatty acids and their high fibre content makes them an increasingly popular addition to the diets of many a health conscious consumer. Golden flaxseed differs from linseed in that it is lighter and more golden in colour. Sprinkle flaxseeds onto your hot or cold cereal, add it to homemade muffin, cookie or bread recipes to increase fibre and lower the GI content or simply add to your favourite smoothie or yoghurt to pump up the nutritional value.
